Cleaning is quoted flat, off the size and pitch of the roof. Repairs are hourly, because nobody can tell you what's under a shingle until they lift it. Either way the number is in writing first, and it doesn't move unless the job does.

What I hand off
Cleaning and repair is a different job from re-roofing, and I'd rather tell you that than patch something that needs replacing. For any of these I'll point you at someone who does it for a living, and I'm happy to be there to let them in.
