• Shift Information: Work shift times, earnings, and mileage
• Store Settings: Your workplace name, address, and phone number
• Receipt Photos: Images you capture using the receipt scanner feature

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Location Data: GPS coordinates for mileage tracking during active shifts (only when you enable location tracking)
• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and app version for support purposes

We use the information collected to:

• Provide core app functionality (tracking deliveries, tips, and routes)
• Calculate mileage for tax reporting purposes
• Generate earnings reports and analytics
• Provide navigation assistance through integrated mapping services
• Process TipRunner PRO subscription payments

4. Data Storage

All your data is stored locally on your device. We do not transmit, store, or have access to your delivery information, customer data, tips, or earnings on any external servers.

TipRunner integrates with the following third-party services:

5.1 Google Maps Platform (PRO Feature)

• Purpose: Route optimization and estimated delivery times
• Data Shared: Delivery addresses for route calculation

5.2 Google Play Billing

• Purpose: Processing TipRunner PRO subscriptions
• Data Handled: Payment information (managed entirely by Google, not accessible to us)

6. Camera and Photo Access

TipRunner requests camera permission solely for the receipt scanner feature. Photos are:

• Stored locally on your device
• Used only for OCR (text recognition) within the app
• Never transmitted or uploaded to any servers
• Deletable at any time through your device's file manager

7. Location Services

TipRunner requests location permission for:

• Mileage Tracking: Recording driving distance during shifts for tax purposes
• Route Optimization (PRO): Calculating efficient delivery routes

Location tracking:

• Only occurs when you manually start a shift
• Stops automatically when you end your shift
• Can be disabled in your device settings at any time
• Is NOT tracked in the background outside of active shifts

8. Phone and Call Permissions

TipRunner requests phone permission to enable quick calling of customers and your store directly from delivery cards. We do not:

• Make calls without your explicit action
• Access your call history
• Store phone numbers outside the app's local database

9. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information:

• All data is stored locally on your device using encrypted databases
• No cloud synchronization or external data transmission (except Google Maps API for PRO features)
• Your subscription status is managed securely through Google Play Billing

10. Your Data Rights

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: All data is accessible within the app
• Deletion: Clear all data via the app or uninstall the app
• Export: Generate reports of your earnings and mileage
• Opt-Out: Disable location tracking, camera access, or other permissions in your device settings

TipRunner is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
